Interlinked
Interlinked explores ideas of connection through colour and light. As forms cross and overlap, they create shifting areas of transparency where colours interact, merge and transform. Although the composition is carefully structured, the painting is intended to feel fluid and alive, with shapes seeming to move across the surface and generate their own internal rhythm.
The work reflects my ongoing fascination with the way overlapping colour can create experiences that feel both precise and atmospheric, inviting viewers to pause and discover new relationships within the painting.

What strikes me most is the optical transparency you’ve achieved; the way the colours bleed through one another at the intersections doesn’t just feel like a study in geometry—it feels like a study in light. The composition has a fantastic internal rhythm, creating a sense of suspended motion across the vibrant blue field.
