Hex
Using only three colours — the primary colours — the composition explores how overlapping layers generate secondary hues, allowing the full spectrum to emerge through interaction rather than addition.
Each layer is carefully considered so that colours merge and shift where forms intersect, creating moments of optical depth and subtle tension across the surface.
The screen printing process enhances the clarity and saturation of each colour, while preserving the crisp edges and balance of the composition. Transparency plays a key role, with intersecting shapes producing new tones and a sense of movement within the structure.
Printed in a limited edition of 14, each piece is part of a small, considered series exploring the relationship between digital colour systems and physical print.
